JPO6000LP Series High Resolution Compact Oscilloscope
The JPO6000LP Series high-resolution compact oscilloscope features a maximum bandwidth of 1 GHz and a sampling rate of up to 2.5 GSa/s. It is equipped with 4/8 analog channels, one EXT channel and one signal source output, with a maximum memory depth of up to 500 Mpts.Utilizing ultra-fast acquisition technology, it achieves an ultra-high waveform capture rate of 1,500,000 wfms/s.
The innovative digital trigger system ensures high triggering sensitivity and minimal trigger jitter.

To meet these specifications, the oscilloscope must first satisfy the following two conditions:
The instrument must operate continuously for more than 30 minutes at the specified operating temperature.
If the operating temperature variation reaches or exceeds 5°C, the self-calibration function must be performed.
