JHA5400 Arbitrary Waveform Generator
Core specifications of this product: Up to 2 analog output channels with 14-bit vertical resolution and a maximum sampling rate of 10 GSa/s, enabling output frequencies up to 4 GHz. Each channel offers a maximum storage capacity of 500 M sample points for extended signal playback duration.
